Scarlet Envelope was born during the pandemic, when every day started to feel like Groundhog Day. We realized there weren’t many original ways to have QUALITY fun at home—so we CREATED one.

MULTIMEDIA EXPERIENCE

Each game is packed with realistic physical items—case files, ancient maps, field photos, diary pages, and more. We love adding handcrafted touches—rips, subtle aging—to make every paper feel truly real.

The cherry on top? A fully immersive digital world: video messages, CCTV footage, character emails, voicemails, audio cues, hidden websites, and interactive chatbots—all designed to pull you deeper into the story.

No two games are alike; every envelope offers a fresh set of evidence to examine. You’ll crack codes, tear and fold paper, make origami, and uncover everything you need to solve the case.

Our goal? Total immersion. Every character has a name and a face, every universe is detailed and believable, and each game includes a curated music playlist. After an hour, you won’t just be playing—you’ll be living the story.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Choose your difficulty level when you subscribe:
Starter offers more guidance and fewer meta-puzzles.
Experienced players unlock hints by solving an extra puzzle.

Each envelope contains a premise, a new set of curious items, and a series of interconnected puzzles. Solve them all, uncover motives, and crack the mystery.

Use our online hint system, step-by-step tutorials, or check individual answers. Don’t worry about getting stuck.

Submit your solution and get a video verdict from the Game Master. Play the full series, collect 12 hidden letters, unlock the bonus envelope in the final game—and earn your place as a founding member of the Scarlet Envelope Society!
